3.1 Returns are accepted in exceptional cases (no delivery issue and correct order delivered) with a deduction of Rs 100 to cover the reverse pickup service cost.

3.2 The refund will be provided in the form of a store coupon code within 24 hours after the refund request is accepted. This coupon code can be used on our website, newbeginning.co.in, to purchase a new product.
